Spoooooooilers. A lot of them.

So basically Eric Kripke must have a central line into my fantasy drive. I’m not kidding. SERIOUSLY. My GOD. The episode doesn’t really require any deep thoughts other than: (1) Dean’s girlfriend Carmen (aka beer ad girl) = hott, I’d do her, too, and the scene where Dean is like, “I’m dating a nurse. That’s so…respectable,” nearly killed me (2) Mary playing for Side Evil was holy crap scary. I’m not kidding. Holy. Crap. Scary.

But of course, the other half of this is that I immediately started to think what would have happened if Sam went into the djinn dream (WAY TO SPELL THAT WRONG THE ENTIRE EPISODE BY THE WAY SUBBING GOD IT DROVE ME INSANE) and given that I’ve already articulated my basic Supernatural thesis in It doesn’t mean you can explain the ocean so all I can think is that in Sam’s perfect, unspoken, deepest, darkest wish, has him and Dean living in some house on the sea. And Dean writes these insane — okay FUCK. Now I really want to write this God damned story. Because seriously, Sam would practice law in Boston and he and Dean would live in this walk up and Dean would wear glasses and write these crazy mystery slash horror novels, and be the insane love child of Stephen King and Hunter S. Thompson and they wouldn’t be brothers but at least Sam could have Dean — have more of him than was ever his right. BUT WOULDN’T THAT BE THE MOST AMAZING AND TWISTED STORY EVER?

o.O If you wrote that SPN fic, it would be ten pounds of awesome in a five pound bag, man.

You know what I really wanted at the end of that ep, though? For Dean to say, “It was awful, Sammy. Sure, Mom was alive and Dad went peacefully and we were happy, but you and I didn’t KNOW each other. How is that okay?”

The walk up is awesome. The idea of Dean as the insane love child of Stephen King and Hunter S. Thompson is so fun and hot in very wrong way and Sam as a lawyer in Boston…that an idea to take with me through the day. Do you see the wincest as one sided becuz in It Doesn’t Mean You Can Explain The Ocean it seemed like it was one sided which is an interesting position to take…form most of the SN fics I’ve read it doesn’t happen a lot and why is Sam the one that wants it? Interesting all of it the walk up and the one sided Wincest.

You should so totally write this. As a matter of fact, you should so totally write lots more SPN fic. With lots more Dean.

I am still shaking and sobbing from when I finished five minutes ago, and I will LOVE YOU FOREVER if I can have that.
